Microsoft flow is not being called through power BI mobile app

Hi ,

I have a PowerApp that I have integrated in my PowerBI report. And, I am using Flow to store the data entered by the user in the app on Azure Blob.

When using the desktop browser, all the data is being stored in the Azure Blob but when I am using the powerBI mobile app to do the same, no data is being stored. Even flow is not being triggered.

Can anyone help asap.

According to your description, I think it should more be related to power bi mobile app offline data cache feature, it does not refresh report data every time your open mobile app.

View your data offline in the Power BI mobile apps
If this is a case, you can try to manually drag down your report page to apply data refresh.
