Matrix in SSRS Mobile Report in POWER BI APPS

I am looking for a matrix mobile (ex: category vs country sales) report in SSRS 2016. Is it possible to have a Matrix report? An alternate way to to create different column in table but it's not a good way if category quantity become larger.
