Maps not visible on iOS app

Hi all, i have a report with a map which is correctly visible on PBI Report Server from browser both via pc and iPad.
When i try to accede the report via iPad using PBI app all the maps are not visible. 
 
SYSTEM INFO
Device: iPad
App version: 27.3
PBI desktop version used to develop the report: sept 2022
PBI report server: Version1.15.8300.38452(September 2022)

Hi @mshenhav, thanks for your answer.

 

I'm using the standard  map visualization (see below)

What I forgot to mention is that the whole environment is accessible via VPN. I was wondering, since I have confirmed that the problem is not caused by any issues with the data or the report itself, if the browser and the iOS app retrieve the map in a different way and if we need to whitelist additional IPs in order for the app version to be fully functional.
