KPI Visual similar to Column Chart with conditional colour formatting option

Hello guys!

In the Power BI Apps - there are a few samples - there is this one like below.

Its a clustered column chart with KPI's beneath the column and above the years in the axis with red and green.

Where can I find this visuals or how do I add this??

Are you referring to SSRS kpi samples or Power bi Samples?

at first i was confusing about these twos 'source connections' - so I though that it was power bi - but was research i came down to that it is the ssrs kpi samples. so my next questions is that - all the SSRS samples are build in ssrs? so if i want the exactly the same visuals as posted i have to buld this in ssrs?
