Is there a way to save shared links in the mobile app for external users?

When we as an organization want to share a dashboard or a workspace with someone outside of our organization we give access and share the link. As I understand now, the external party always needs to use the link and will be redirected to our tenant as a Guest user in the mobile app. When this external party directly uses the mobile app, they only see their own tenant and not any shared dashboards we gave them access to. Is there a way to circumvent using the link everytime the external party wants to see the shared dashboard(s) and access them directly through the app?

Hi @ThomV ,

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible.

After they sign in, they see the shared report or dashboard in its own browser window, not in the usual Power BI portal. To access this report or dashboard later, they must bookmark the link.

Hey @ThomV ,

You can create a report or dashboard in your users home tenants, that will function as a directory that lists all links to B2B reports. Not optimal, but can provide a solution.

Can you please add a user voice item to this topic? this will help prioritze this work.

Thanks Maya
