Ipad / iPhone Slicer

Hi,

When I publish a report with a slicer to Web it's fine, just (as designed) allows single selection in my slicer.

On iPhone/iPad app, it allows multi-select, which is ruining the report.

Any ideas?

TIA,

John.

Hi @njstothert,

We recently enabled multi-select of slicers. This was a top request from users.

This capability exists also on the web service (by holding CTRL).

Hi

So you HAVE to have a slicer which is multi-select, you can't have a single select slicer on the iPad?

Regards

John.

I have the same issue on the iPhone. That is, my slicer on Power BI Desktop has Single Select set to ON and this setting is working on the Power BI web version but not on the iPhone version. On the iPhone version, it is allowing Multi select (and I prefer it didn't).

Is this a bug or am I missing some setting?

I have the latest version of Power BI on my iPhone.

I have the same issue on Ipad and iPhone too.

The slicer option Single Select = ON and when the user views the report in a mobile device can make multi.selection

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out! We are aware to the fact that on mobile apps by default for the slicers is multi-select (event if configured otherwise on web or desktop).

We are looking into improving this in our upcoming releases.

Thanks,

Romi.
