IOS connection issue

Hi,

 

I´m trying to log in via Iphone 5, IOS system 10.2. I can not log in, i enter to our company portal. In the secound one I enter my data correctly but the app does not react. Can can of security blocks should i make sure to unable in order to log in?

 

I´m using the phone of the company i work in.

Hi Jariv,

 

We do not get an error screen, we just can´t get in in that model - app version - ios version. Unfortunately this is the combo we use in our company Smiley Frustrated. We can access to the first screen once we click "Start", where we can type our mail account. In the scound screen is where we can not go forward we type or mail again and when we type our password we can not log in. We do not get any error message, we just can go forward. It´s extrange because following this exact same process we can get in in other mobile divices.

 

What do you reommend us to check?
