How can we get the User Log of Annotate feature of Power BI mobile app?

Hi All,

1- I want to get the logs of the Annotate feature of Power BI Mobile App, where I can see who will be sharing the content and when and to whom?

Please suggest how we can get it.

2- Is there any way we can restrict the user to take a screenshot of the Reports screen in power bi mobile app.

Hi @veeru,

#1, If you mean power bi report comment feature, it can be trace by power bi audit log function, you can find the post/delete operation history in the audit log.

Track user activities in Power BI#operations-available-in-the-audit-and-activity-logs 

For power bi mobile app annotate feature, current it seems not has any feature to records them.

#2, Currently power bi mobile app does not support this feature. If you want to fully prevent these operations on an android phone, i think you can try to enter to device developer mode and try to find corresponding options and disable them.

Unfortunatilly you cannot get logs of those who used the annotation capability in the app.

Regarding restricting users from taking screen capture of the app - this can be achieved for Android users only by applying Intune app prtection policy, or by forcing Fingerprint ID

Thanks Maya for your quick reponse.

So if want to retrict user taking screen shot of the report for iOS device, we can not do it through intune policy also?

Policy only applies to Andorid user.
