Hierarchy Slicer can't be displayed in Phone View?

I have created a phone view for a report tab on PBI desktop. A hierarchy slicer amongst others is included.

Unfortunately I cannot see the hierarchy slicer in the report phone view on my smartphone.

Can this be solved?

Please take a look at following link, it seems like a general issues which both appears on mobile side and service side.

Hierarchy Slicer do not work on IE11
