Hi,
I have two reports that have been shared with me via our parent organisation that has a premium license.
By all accounts, they have me setup correctly in AAD as I can view these reports via the sharing link and directly to their ctid on app.powerbi.com on both PC and mobile browser.
When I tap the sharing link in the email on my mobile device (android) the Power BI app opens and attempts to change tenants in the mobile app. Sometimes (very rarely) the Power BI mobile app will successfully open the report but often I am presented with an error that looks like the below.
I know that it is possible to access these shared reports via the link in the mobile app.
Below are the screenshots from the last time it successfully worked.
Trouble is, I often don't get the 'Alert - Switching Sites' message, just straight to the error.
I thought it may have had something to do with the two factor authentication that exists as sometimes when I tap the link I see the screen on my phone flash to a background that has a blue header but then the Power BI app quickly takes focus again.
Not being able to get this to work consistently has the project I'm working on completely road blocked.
Any help/support appreciated. I'd be keen to hear from someone in the mobile team on this issue.
Regards,
Kim
