I think this issue may related to known Q&A issue listed on support page. You can take a look on below link to know more about this if it suitable for your scenario.
Some customers may experience intermittent issues using Q&A (such as by double-clicking on a report canvas or by typing in the Q&A box in the dashboard) after republishing a model or after a model refreshes. Engineers are working on a fix and expect it to be deployed to all regions by end-of-day 1/4/19.
