ESRI Arc Visualisation Terms and Conditions

Hello, 

ESRI have changed their terms and conditions, which means that the visualisation does not work until they have been accepted. However, I have not found a way to do this on an iPad/iPhone, a medium that is commonly used with our users.

Is anyone able to advise what the best practice would be? A quick fix is for them to log onto the service, but we would like to try and avoid this.

Do these ESRI tiles contain ESRI Plus content?
