Iphone:

Model: XS Max

IOS: 12.3.1

Power BI app is up to date

Android:

Model: Samsung Galaxy S10

OS: Android Version 9

First two pictures are of the Iphone and the last is the android. I tested this with another iphone and android phone and the result was the same (different models of both phones). It's only with the third party ZoomCharts visual.

The name of the visual is Drill Down Donut Chart by Zoom Charts. I imported it from the market place

We contacted the custom visual team for additional investigation.

The CV developers recommend to use “Advanced Donut Visual” instead of “Drill Down Donut Chart”.

It should provide better experience in Mobile app.

They will fix “Drill Down Donut Chart” in the future.
