Cut Panel

Good afternoon,

 

I have an IPAD 4 and when using the mobile app of power bi my panel is cut in half, it throws the contents up where I can not see and shows me only the bottom of the panel.

The fix for this problem was release to production today.

There is no need to to update the app (this is a service side fix).

HI @Wesley,

 

 

What version of IOS and power bi mobile app you used, did you test on another devices?

 

If you drag down your screen, does these contents moved?

 

BTW, if you switch display mode from horizontal to vertical, is this issue appears again?

This a known issue on iOS devices with OS 10.
The service team is working on a fix that will be Avilable by early next week.
The current workaround until the fix is Avilable is to upgrade to iOS 11 or 12.
