Customer comments data from Ipad going through to Dynamics but not Power BI.
There is a PowerBI report to look at the feedback . The feedback is logged in Dynamics and is passed to a database (In Azure I think) and run through the Microsoft Text Analytics service.
It looks as though the last one in PowerBI was logged on last month.

I'd like to suggest you to double check dynamic datasource to confirm these comments are stored to database correctly.
In addition, which version of text analysis api you used? If you mean free trial, current it has limit on free trial version.

If this is a case, you can try to switch a new api key to use other trial capacity for your test or upgrade current license to pro version.
