Content inconsistency between desktop and mobile getting error message on mobile but not desktop.

After some pointers, i have a report that if i open in PowerBI Desktop or powerbi.com using a desktop works fine. 

But if i use the app on my android phone i get an error message on one visulisation.

The below screen shot shows the web above and the mobile below. The arrow points at the erroring section. 

For added amusment, this is working in all environments for the person i asked to test the report. I am concerned that it is working for some people and not others.
