Hi,
We have Power BI Report Server On-Premise with Integrated Windows (Active Directory).
Everything works as inteded, We can open the dashboards on Web and Publish everything sucessfully.
However, I've installed Power BI Mobile on 2 Android devices (Android 10 OnePlus 6 and Android 9 Asus Zen) to test the access and I'm facing the following Error:
I've tested the access on iPhone and its working fine.
We are using Report Server (Jan 2020) and Dekstop (Feb 2020).
Solved! Go to Solution.
Thank you for your support.
The issue has been resolved due to an issue in the chain of our domain SSL certificate, we've updated the certificate and we were to connect successfully.
I will mark this as solved for future references.

Hi @Anonymous,
Have you tested with a natural android system device? I'd like to suggest you to confirm if this issue is related to compatibility with the customized android system.
In addition, you can also contact to power bi mobile team to ensure if this related to the new version mobile app.

Is there a direct contact that I can contact the mobile team, or should I post this issue at the Issue fourms?
