Hi,
After change a account from office 365 to Azure, same name/email, all reports disapears.
I reacreated and the access are normal in Android after logoff/login.
But in iOS I logoff, try to login with another account, the app indentify that no account/email is change, and connect to old settings office 365, where the reports don't access/refresh data.

Try installing Microsoft Authenticator to see all accounts on the device.
Remove the office 365 account from there (better to remove all accounts of this email), then try to log off and login again in Power BI.

Any specific setting on your account permissions? I'd like to suggest you check on azure side if any device management rules enabled that may block your operations.
