Card loses its background colour when pinned to dashboard

Card loses its background colour when pinned to dashboard.

E.g. If background color in report is yellow,  when card is pinned to report, background color becomes white!

Why?

Where am I wrong?

Thanks

I have the same issue.

I am having the same issue. Here are some screenshots:

Is this a bug? Is there an easy workaround (which obviously shouldn't be to change the original formatting..)?

Thanks,

Paul.

Hey @Zunair ,

Can you please share screenshots with us on mpbisup@microsoft.com?

Please include in your mail the device, os and app version you are using as well.

Thanks, Maya

Thanks, screenshots posted on provided email.

MS support confirmed - it's by design, they are planning to update it at some* point.

When you pin the report to dashboard normally the colour is set to white by default.
Instead you can do this by choosing the 'Pin Live page' option from your report directly,
this helps you to retain the exact same visual as in report.
Hope this helps!

I only want to pin the card, not the entire page.  Thus 'Pin Live page' is not an option.
