Hi guys,
I have the following case:
User A has access to two dashboards (the underlying reports are owned by me). Neither of the 2 dashboards is configured for refresh.
The user does not have any issues opening the dashboards and the reports from app.powerbi.com. However when using his iPad, the user can access only one of the dashboards. When trying to open the other, the app shows a picture as if it is trying to load the tiles and hangs.
Any ideas what might prevent a dashboard from opening in iOS app would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Tsanka
Solved! Go to Solution.
Well, I figured it out - if the dashboard contains a tile with a scatter chart, the iOS app hangs when loading the tile.
Hope that helps somebody else and hope the Power BI team to fix it in the next releases.
PS: The scatter chart from the Retail Analysis Sample opens fine on the iOS app. So may be the bug is when the scatter chart is configured is a specific way (in my case one and the same measure is in Y axis and in Size sections, nothing in Details and a dimension in Legend)
