Can't login to PowerBI iOS

Hi,

When I try to Login into the PowerBI mobile app, I'm redirected to the website and I get the message that my account doesn't exist.

Thank you in advance.

Reasons Why can’t I log into Power BI-

1. Double-check the Login Details
First, double-check that you’re entering the right login details. Then carefully enter the login text.

In addition, make sure that Caps Lock isn’t on when entering the text.

2. Reset Power BI Login
The most obvious way to fix most log-in errors is to reset the login details. Users can request a password reset for Power BI at BI’s account recovery page.

There enter a Power BI user ID and click Next to reset the login.

3. Try Logging in to the Power BI Service

Alternatively, users can try logging in to the Power BI service in the browser. Open the login page for the Power BI service to log in from there. If users can still log in to the BI service, they can then change the password from there.

Thereafter, sign out and sign back in again to BI service and desktop software with the new login details.

If you’re having issues logging in to Power Bi, we advise trying Opera Browser for this purpose.

Opera is quite similar to Chrome, due to its engine, but it has several other very unique features. Opera has the best user interface: it’s elegant, simple, and yet powerful.

You may now obtain a little more privacy with the new free VPN available in Opera. It’s a much lighter package than Chrome. When using add-ons like the VPN and built-in ad-blocker, you’ll have a faster and more responsive internet experience, as well as battery savings for laptops.

When it comes to speed, Opera features a unique Turbo option that you may activate when you’re using a slow connection, such as airport Wi-Fi. When enabled, it can load pages significantly faster on a slower connection by employing an algorithm that removes the heavy material, leaving only the essence of the page visible.

Hi @GurkanGurel

Have you used Power BI Service with your account previously? If not yet ever, you need to sign up for Power BI Service before you log in on the Power BI Mobile App. It is not supported to sign up Power BI Service account on the Mobile App currently.

Please visit https://app.powerbi.com/ in a web browser. Enter your email account in the Email textbox. It will check if your account has Power BI Service. If it doesn't have, it will guide you to sign up for Power BI.

Hey @GurkanGurel ,

Are you able to sign in into Power BI from the browser?

Are you trying to connect to Power BI service or to on-prem report server?

Thanks, Maya
