Barcode on Iphone add will not be found

Hello together,

I have today the issue, that the barcode scanner on the power bi app doesn't work.

The app doesn't find any barcode.

If I use another barcode app, it founds the correct value.

Is there any known issue?

Few questions that can assist us to understand the issue that you experience:

1. Are you using the bar-code scanner from the report or from the side pane?
2. Are you getting an error after scanning the bar-code? If so, what is the error?
3. Does your report support bar-code?

Goood Morning Yaron,

the bar-code scanner from the report.

I didn't get any error. The app only told me, "there is no barcode".

I set an "item no" as a bar code column, and add this column to my report.
