Android kitkat no longer supported

The app is not working on Android KitKat which is a version prior to Android 5.0 it was working well earlier but has now suddenly stopped working after the update. Even if I open an old dashboard in the Android KitKat app, it forces me to sign in again as a new user every time I login to the app
