Hi

how can i set survey and its templates values dynamically like any other lookups

i am having a set of surveys and its templates dynamic values  which needs to be selected by CRM user

with those values i need to populate them in power automate send survey action 
but it is giving this error

 how can we do this Can we do this or Not
