what is this error ?

When i publish my dashboard to power BI service all visuals get blank, with a see detail sign.

error is as below:

Can you see the same visualization in Power BI desktop? if so please provide some background and your work flow in creating and publishing the report to the Power BI services.

Hi @shaherbano,

 

Does the issue happen to this specific report or all reports? Which data source does the report get data from? 

 

@HansBrink77 This is known issue happens in US North Central cluster yesterday. But the issue is fixed now, I would suggest you test again.

Hi v-qiuyu-msft,

 

Thanks it is working again. The status for PowerBI stated that there were no issues however, but the information box stated that there was an issue in North- Central. not sure how those 2 things can be combined.

just specific report. however, i saved the report with a different name and recreated the dashboard.

which is working. i have to update this report in weekly basis, so will see how things appear on thursday

Hi @HansBrink77,

 

Glad to hear the issue is gone. What's the information box you mean, I don't see the known issue in Support site. 

 

@shaherbano As the issued tile is pinned to a dashboard before you update the report, do you modify the visual eg: add a column or change column name? Would you please clarify which modification you performed in the report so we can try to test to see if it's expected?

My apologies for late response. i only work 2 days a week on report developments and others days go into weekly delivereies. as long as i recall on this, this trouble ended and another refresh issue disappeared, after i unistalled and reinstalled Power Bi desktop file. i am no longer facing this issue.
