unable to update Parameters,

we have a BI app to display 12 month's financial data. 12 Parameters are used to direct to 12 Excel files of financial data on Sharepoint. but it's unable to update those 12 Parameters on Bi service page:

How do you define the parameter in Power BI Desktop? I create parameter in Power BI Desktop query editor using “Manage Parameter” , and use the parameter to filter source or table rows. After publishing the PBIX file to Power BI Service, I can update parameter in Power BI Service.
