spinning circle when refreshing dataset

Hi,

Up until recently, in the PowerBI Service there has always been a spinning circle which would show next to the dataset whilst it is refreshing. 

This spinning circle no longer shows.... I think it's been like this for around 1-2 days.  To check if a refresh is running I need to click on the dataset settings and it says that a refresh is in progress.
also "refreshed" column, updating Only after closing and reopening the page completely.

Can you please get the circle fixed as it was very useful.
