described quite succinctly via the title... any pros know how to resolve this issue? Currently im unable to set scheduled refresh for my PB reports, so I refresh my report via PB desktop and republish the updated PB report. Data update date and time at the top center when viewed by others does not accurately reflect the date & time updated, can it at least show the date/time that i republished my PB report? When accessing the pbix file on browser, it does show the actual date and time updated/republished.

Hi,
What is the type of your connection mode in the pbix file?
If the connection type is the Direct query, there is a similar issue:
When a Direct Query report is published to Power BI Service, the refreshed time shows the time in which it was published. However, if I republish it, it will still show the first time in which it was published or the latest refresh (On-demand or scheduled) time, not the published time.

In the latest update, the engineers are still discussing on this issue.
In my opinion, if you want to get a solution for this kind of refresh time problem as soon as possible, I suggest you to open a support ticket to get direct help from the technical support team of Microsoft to have a remote session them to help you to make sure if this is an issue existing in the Power BI.
