r visual are not working

Hi, I have downloaded few custom visual samples from https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace. When I open them in Power BI desktop, it is showing nothing. For example I have inserted the TBATS forecasting model sample screenshot.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Maybe you need to upgrade the Desktop to the latest version and try it again. Please also notice the warning message in the visual.

Hi, Thanks for reply. I am using latest version (Version: 2.57.5068.501 64-bit (April, 2018)) of Power Bi Desktop and the visual is not showing any error. It is coming blank as shown in above screenshot.
