From about 3 hours ago https://app.powerbi.com/ show attached generic error "An error has occurred. Please try again later."
I tried with different browsers and I'm not the only one from EU region, someone same issue?
You may clear your cookies & browser cache, Or press Ctrl +F5 to refresh browser page to test again.You may also try to use other browsers, like Google, IE etc. see : Supported browsers for Power BI.
and this issue could happen when there are some firewall/proxy network issues. Please try loading it on a different machine and see if it works
