"We couldn't load your datamart"

Datamart is suddenly uneditable and unable to be refreshed.  All underlying dataflow tables are accessible and able to be used.  Existing reports on top of this datamart can still be accessed.  

 

The message when attempting to refresh: "Unable to open the datamart because it is not connected to its dataset. Wait a few seconds, and then try again."   Have tried periodically for over 8 hours.

Hello,

 

The first failed refresh was on Friday morning (2/3).  I was still unable to access over the weekend and this morning. 

 

I have two datamarts and only one is affected.

I have the same problem since today  3 March 2023. Is there any solution for this problem?

We also have this issue, we simply cannot open our datamart anymore. We would like to avoid having to redo the whole datamart

Same issue here. The dataset of the datamart only holds 1 table, instead of the 40 other ones.

My order of steps: add an extra table to data mart, let it finish import, after import fatal error.

There are many similar questions in the forums, but none provide a solution.

I opened a support ticket for the first time and the only way to recover it was to rebuild it according to them, there was some process where by doing a trace we could get a Json File, But it require you to manually copy everything out of the file and ingest all the tables again........

 

All i did today was add a very simple table via get data and it's made my datamart unsualble as it's in this "Unavaliable state" again.....

 

I know this is a preview feature, but come on it's been in preview for over a year, it's a complete joke, either get it working and release it or withdraw it. I really want to use this as it's a great feature, but i've been burnt twice now, i'm only using this for one report and everytime something like this happens i have to watse a day getting it working again.....

has there been any fixes to this, I have had this same error crop up with one of my datamarts, it will not open keep getting the "We couldn't load your datamart" Error
