"Error occurred while decoding OAEP padding" for new data sources

I am getting "Error occurred while decoding OAEP padding" while adding new data sources to Enterprise data gateway.

This is coming even while creating a copy of SQL server connection which already exist.

The data gateway is updated to the latest version.

Please check if there is any detail error information in gateway log files. You can share them with us if possible.

Thanks for reverting, I checked event log there was no error in there

 

In the error log, I get this:

DM.EnterpriseGateway Error: 0 : 2019-09-20T16:03:03.9406441Z DM.EnterpriseGateway xxxx MDSR xxxx [DM.Pipeline.Common] EnsureGatewayPipelineException encountered a non-GatewayPipelineException: System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Error occurred while decoding OAEP padding."
