"Data Loading" / "Almost Done" issue

When attempting to load into PowerBI I am having loading issues and unable to navigate to certain report settings, apps, and app settings. Whats showing is just the following loading animation: 

My PowerBI Instance says its is located West US (California)

The Power BI American cluster is running smoothly. Please try different browsers to test again. You can also press CTRL + F5 to refresh the page to see if the content can load.
