"Copy Visual as Image" is not working

I tried to open a report in Power Bi Service and tried to click the "Copy visual as image", But it is not copied the visual and just it is showing the text details about the visual.

@venal 

 

That seems to work fine for me. Republish report using the latest version of Power BI Desktop and create a support ticket for assistance if necessary.

I see the copy visual image in the workspace but when I got to the apps of the same workspace the copy visual button doesn't appear for almost all the report of the workspace.

As we are using older version of the Office, Upgraded to the newer version and now able to see the option.
