About a handful of my users (including myself) are suddenly unable to open up any reports in service, regardless of the dataset. It will try to load for about two minutes before saying: "Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report. Make sure you have a connection to the server, and try again."
This is happening in all reports in all datasets in all workspaces and seems to be a impacting a random group of users. All of our browsers support TSL 1.2 protocol. Our tenant is in North Central US.
