"Align Zeros" not working when all chart values are zero

Within the combo chart Y axis options there is an Align Zeros toggle that seems to not work when all the values being dosplayed within the chart are zero value (not BLANK):

@dave1304 ,

What version of Power BI Desktop do you use? I make a test in Power BI Desktop March release, when I use align zeros option in combo chart, it works as expected, you can check my PBIX file on your side.
