power bi service not refreshing

Hello all, I have a PBI report that I can refresh with no issues on the Desktop. This report has 4 data sources (Web) that all use the same credentials for authentication. 3 of the data sources authenticate with no issues on the PBI web app and on the 4th the authentication fails. Please keep in mind that there is no issues with refresh on desktop. Things we tried to resolved issue 

 

Made sure user was on PBI pro 

Cleared cashe and saved passwords in browser (as it seem like a browser issue)

logged out of PBI and machine, and logged back in 

 

Nothing worked, any ideas?

@Anonymous,

What specific web source do you connect to in Power BI? Could you please post the full error message you get? And how about you use InPrivate window of the web browser to sign in Power BI Service?

@Anonymous,

How about you use InPrivate window of the web browser to sign in Power BI Service? Also what Power Query code do you use to connect to the problem web source?

@v-yuezhe-msftThis issue has been resolved, Not sure how we cleared the browser, tried mulitple browser and at the time none of it worked. Thern magically one day we were able to fresh all sources.
