power BI from the Apple Watch

I’m trying to access the power BI from the Apple Watch with no luck. The watch is asking me to “sign in to the power BI app on the iPhone, despite the fact that I’m already logged in on iPhone. Also, when I try to sync the report from the iPhone to Apple Watch, I don’t have the option to do so. 

I’ve uninstalled from both and installed it again. The app works perfectly fine on the iPhone and I can access power BI & Reporting Services after signing in the app on the iPhone. However the Apple Watch still gives me the same message “sign in to the power BI app on the iPhone”.

Please advise if you have faced similar issues and how it could be resolved.

What is the version of Power BI mobile app on your IPhone?  You are able to sync dashboard but not report.

The sync with watch icon is only available when an Apple watch is connected to the iPhone and the dashboard you are currently on is not the one synced with the watch.
