issue with gateway and auto refresh not happening- fix needed immediately

Hi ,

In powerbi service report is not getting auto refreshed as there seems to be issue to powerBI gateway. Please provide fix/resolution ASAP.

Which data source are you connecting? Make sure power bi data gateway has been updated to the latest version and the credentails are still valid.

latest version of POWERBI gateway installed and data sources are valid and no issue with connection but still issue with refresh on service.

So the data source is an online source, right? Could clarify which data source are you connecting and have you checked the refresh history as below?
