I configured subtotal label at matrix.

In English:

 

In Korean:

 

This means ‘년 총합 레이블’.

That should be ‘[FieldName] 총합 레이블’

I can not reproduce the issue, try using the latest version of Power BI Desktop.

The total label customization is a feature of Power BI Desktop June 2019.

I am using 2.70.5494.761 64-bit (June 2019)

You can use a matrix

1. Add CalendayYear field to Column, SalesAmount field to Value and Country field to Row at Matrix.

2. Go to subtotals pane at Formatting.

3. Enable Per column level.
