[intl bash] Incorrect Korean translation in Gauge on Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service

There are incorrect translations in the Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

"최솟값" and "최댓값" should be "최소값" and "최대값".

This issue has already been fixed in the Feb 2017 version of Power BI Desktop.
