According to my research, I suggest you to check the steps list on the right of the page that if the step “Replace value” is before the step “Group data”.

 

If not, I think you should first replace the value then group the updated data.

 Please provide the version of Power BI Desktop you are using and the version of Power BI Service you currently have.
Also, in order to better reproduce your situation, did you choose a date type for this slicer or any of the data types?

1. what you are experiencing is when you log in to user B the content is still displayed for user A?
2. are user A and B in the same organization?

Have you tried to clear the cache in desktop?

Seems like could find this issue in Power BI Desktop.

If firstly create a constant line in the visual with the blank value measure, the line would not show in the visual;

if create the constant line again in the visual with the blank value measure, it would show the 0 value line.

Do you mean that the font does not match the size you have set?

However, in my test, when I set the font size to 14, the three line items changed along with it without any problem as shown below. Maybe you can try to recreate this text box and enter the content and change the font size.
