There's a bug in "Don't include in report refresh" like described here: http://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Disabling-quot-Include-in-Report-Refresh-quot-works/m-p/101778#M46005 unfortunately I didn't test correctly and this thread is closed, but the bug is still there and preventing solutions for problems like this: http://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Big-file-needs-no-update/m-p/111341#U111341   If the query that shall not be refreshed is not referenced by any other query or part of a UNION-operation in DAX, then everything works fine, but if it is referenced as mentioned, then it will be loaded again. Hi,   After getting my Power BI Dedicated Capacity set up with AI workloads and Dataflows active, I have tried to create an ML model using the dataflow and get the following message pop up:   "Machine Learning Models Disabled Training and inferences for machine learning models are disabled for this capacity instance. Please enable this setting in the admin portal to use your machine learning models"   As I say AI workloads are enabled and active. Is there another setting I need to switch on somewhere? I have looked in both the tenant and capacity settings, but cant find one, plus google has revealed nothing. Everywhere says that enabling AI workload is enough to enable ML models.   Thanks     ... In Power BI Desktop I have made changes in Power Query by Replacing Values in a column.  Those changes correctly flow into the spreadsheet view, but when I go to edit the grouping of the column, the Replace Value changes do not show in the Edit Groups interface.  See image.  Any idea why the Ungrouped Values data is not reflecting the refreshed data values?   ... Hi,  Would like to ask is it possible to reset the slicer selection based on drill-through? Or is there any trick to make it happen?   1. The sample case is, I have two pages (Pivot & Mark, they are connected by ID).   2. From "Pivot", I'll select a row and drill through to page "Mark". It works well until here. However, on page "Mark", there is a slicer.   3. If I select a value in that slicer, and then back to page Pivot to select another data & drilling through, the previous selection on that slicer on page "Mark" is kept.        My expectation is when I go back to "Pivot" page and drill through, the selection on page "Mark" is reset. Scenario: I have a report with a single-select drop-down slicer that filters what device information will be displayed. This report is already published and has been working as intended for several months now.   However, somehow on the web version this silcer will revert back to a multi-select format. when i open up the desktop file, the slicer still remains as single-select. I'll save and republish it to try and fix the web version and even though the web version will show that it has been updated, the slicer still remains as a mutli-select. I've tried editing the web version and changing this slicer back to a single-select in the edit mode; and although the slicer will show that it has changed back to single-select, when I save and close out/re-open the slicer will again show as a multi-select in the report. I've tried clearing my cache and then republishing or editing in the web mode but neither seems to fix the issue.   The only fix that I've found online that works is to completely delete the slicer in the desktop version and then re-create it, save, and republish. However, since this is the second time that I've had to do this to fix the issue (in the last several months), I fear that this is not a permanent solution to the problem.    I simple want to make Microsoft aware of this possible bug/issue. ... I have encountered this problem over the past few weeks, likely since updating to the march release. Contstant lines set to 0 on Scatter Charts are not showing in PowerBI Desktop or PowerBI service. We have a Power BI Report to view data loaded into SQL Server table. SQL Job loads the data into table at 8.30 AM PST. Ocassionally, we are not able to see the data at 8.30 AM PST. We are not able to reproduce the issue on a daily basis. We've scheduled the Power BI report four times a day. But, at 8.30 AM PST, we face this problem. Most of the time, refershes work fine. I was logged on with user A to Power BI Desktop , showing me the dataflow that user has access to. Now I log on with user B and want to connect to a specific dataflow but is still shows me the dataflow of user A who I disconnected everywhere (it's even from another organisation). Besides that I do not see my own workspaces so I can not connect to my own entitie (or is a subscription in the background needed?) This happens when I add Analytics: Y-Axis Constant Line to the stacked column chart using a measure for Value field, but I assume it's relevant to other chart types.   The visual displays 0% line on the bottom of the column despite the measure used for the Value field returns BLANK(). Also having Y-Axis Start greater than 0% doesn't fix the problem. It still shows the 0% line on the bottom of the column, even when axis Y starts from much bigger value (e.g. 75%).       ... Hi all, am having some issues with the Adobe Analytics 2.0 Connector in Power BI. Basically if I try to select "Year" in date granularity it always gives me the error below, effective saying it's not recognized as a valid datetime.
