what is your data source ? Is the problem you are experiencing occurring on Service or Desktop? Do you get an error if you create the report directly on Desktop ?

Hi @vidyu05 ,

 

Based on the information you have provided, we recommend that you prioritize checking that you have the correct permissions.
1. Whether RLS is applied to the permissions and reports of the dataset.
2. Check if this dataset already has some restrictions for the user in terms of data source.
3. Re-create the new tags according to the original bookmark creation logic to see if they are valid.

Take into consideration that the "Total" row is not the "Sum of the rows above", it's recalculated without the filter context from the rows.

I tried to reproduce your problem but it didn't work, by your description we concluded that the problem seems to be due to this custom theme background. Would you be willing to adjust the parameters of this custom background to see if it works.

There seems to be no direct way to implement this requirement.
You could consider using a paginated report visual or inserting hyperlinks in the textbox

You want to add users in Workspace access ,then you get an error , right ? Is the user in your tenant ? If the user is an external user , you need to invite the user to your tenant first to be a guest user then you can add the guest user to your Workspace access .

This is a new UI change that allows you to replace the old "Get Data" function by selecting New or upload on the page.

First you need to check if you still have editing permissions for the report.
Then you can see if your report is out of limits, you can refer to this thread below to see if it helps.

If none of this solves your problem, please provide more details, such as your data source and connection mode, and what license you are using.
