Hi @xuzheng, 

 

Does the report reside in a classic workspace or new workspace? 

 

If it's a classic workspace, to delete a report, you need to be a member has edit permission, or admin. 

For a new workspace, you need to be a Contributor, Member or Admin role within the workspace. 

 

Please ensure you have the right to edit the workspace content as listed above.
