'https://wabi-north-europe-redirect.analysis.windows.net/powerbi/refresh/subscribe' Stalling

I'm trying to figure out why the Power BI service degrades to a point where it is unusable or crashes. We've had a Microsoft engineer on to have a look and advise us that our Smoothwall web filter is causing a Mixed Content error, which we're currently trying to resolve. However, I also noticed that the console in Google Chrome is indicating an issue with 'https://wabi-north-europe-redirect.analysis.windows.net/powerbi/refresh/subscribe' stalling every time. We just use the Power BI Service directly; no embedding or anything. Is this something to be concerned about?

Could you please post a screenshot about the above scenario? What operations do you take when you get the above message?

This is when just leaving a dashboard open. The page cycles between 'subscribe' and 'ping', but 'subscribe' always stalls and never seems to complete.

Hi,
facing the same issue, how can we turn this off. in my case both track and subscribe calls are taking a lot of time.

wabi-us-east2-b-primary-redirect.analysis.windows.net/powerbi/refresh/subscribe taking atleast 30 seconds and mostly fail.
