enable 2-factor authentication for dashboards

To allow a higher level of security, we would like to enable 2-factor authentication at the dashboard level. The desired process flow will ask the user to authenticate him/herself when the user tries to access the dashboard. When a user clicks on the link to the dashboard, the system will send the user a random PIN number on the users mobile phone number or to his/her email (which is connected to the users Microsoft account in Azure Active Directory). The key here is that the person who publishes the dashboard can enforce this for his/her dashboard that will make it mandatory for all consumers (users) to use the PIN process to see the content on the dashboard. This could be valuable when the user is sharing sensitive financial data with internal OR external users.
