dont recive report or dashborad subscribtions

We dont recive our report or dashborad subscribtions. 

The problem are not the spam filter, because we get mails when a dataset are not failed to refresh.

 

Im on the 365 days pro trial. Does this feature not work on the 365 trial?

For the pro trial users, there is an existing issue: CRI 41678321

ETA is September 6th. Please check it later.

Could you please check again to see if issue persists on your side?

If yes, could you please provide following infomation to us?

 

  • The Url to the dashboard/report that you are subscribed to
  • The region of the user
  • The users pbix (if possible)
