debug.log File being Created ever since upgrading to April 2021 Desktop

Ever since I upgraded to April 2021 Power BI Desktop and open a pbix file in desktop, a debug.log file keeps getting created in the directory of where the pbix file is located.  Error message below.

[0504/162050.711:ERROR:directory_reader_win.cc(43)] FindFirstFile: The system cannot find the path specified. (0x3)
[0505/094204.762:ERROR:directory_reader_win.cc(43)] FindFirstFile: The system cannot find the path specified. (0x3)

Please uninstall and install latest version again after clearing temp folder. Make sure no windows patch is pending.
