bug in editing titles on visuals

I'm having an issue with titles on visualizations. We have gone into both the desktop and web versions of PowerBI to change the titles to these visualizations, but they revert back to the default titles based on the data used to create the visualization each time we update the data. 

I'm a novice user (self-taught), so I'm probably doing something wrong. Are others experiencing this?

Which visual do you use have the issue? Which data source do you get data from?

Please save the report change then refresh data. 

For the issue in Power BI desktop, please update the desktop version to the latest one 2.65.5313.621 then test it.
