bug in bookmarks for the browser

action flow :open the powerBI in browser -> Switch bookmark from Android to iOS  date  changed according-> Open a new browser tab with same powerBI . At this time, the data not changed,but bookmark change to outlook android(android is default)

why bookmark changed?
